Anchorage8 is a beautifully styled and very spacious family sized townhouse. It is a perfect home away from home, in a leafy avenue near the marina at Martha Cove. You have the benefit of being close to the water for fishing and yacht charters, marina boardwalks and swimming at nearby beaches - and close to several other Peninsula favourites including the boutique breweries, wineries and cellar doors, famous Red Hill markets and the retro Dromana 3 Drive in.

You will walk in and be delighted with your choice of accommodation. It feels luxe, spacious, modern and cozy. All the mod cons are here so you can stay at Anchorage8 for work or fun and enjoy your time the second you arrive.

With the choice of 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 - Anchorage8 has space for the whole family to spread out. The master bedroom is plush and is a deluxe space with King bed and Ensuite with long WIR and private balcony. A Queen bed is in the second room with large storage. Two Twin beds are in the third room with storage (this may be converted to a King if requested) and an open area fitted with Two single beds (size is suitable for children, these are junior size mattresses). We have plush soft furnishings through the home and all bedding is supplied for your stay.

There are two spacious living areas - one outdoors with an electronic removable shaded roof (vergola), seating and BBQ. The other inside, is perfect for family lounging in front of the fireplace.

Entertaining is easy in the large kitchen. The long island bench serves as a breakfast bar, with double sink, flexi tap. All NEFF and SMEG appliances cover your needs to cook up a treat. The walk in pantry is equipped with all the basics for you on arrival. And the Caffitaly/Expressi coffee machine will keep all coffee/chai/hot choc lovers happy.

Four (4) bikes (two adult size and two junior size), helmets, pump and 2 x locks are in the garage for use. Anchorage8 has access to the Marina boardwalks for leisurely strolls, bike rides and the foreshore has a wide path going all the way past Dromana. The property also supplies a set of golf clubs for guest use.

Please note: Martha Cove is growing into a vibrant precinct with new homes and apartments under development. Construction activity is confined to week-days and some Saturdays (Sundays, public holidays and Christmas high season are usually exceptions).

A bond is required to complete this booking $1500.

Governance and Compliance:
All guests must comply with the Council By Law ‘code of conduct’. A copy will be available at the property, it is also available on the Shire website.

Any complaints made from neighbours, Police and the Council regarding a breech of the conduct by you, your guests and any uninvited people will result in a full bond deduction and immediate eviction.

The HostAbout Guest Agreement must be signed prior to your stay. Only the guests names on the Guest Agreement will be permitted to be at the property during your booking, unless you have discussed and received prior consent from HostAbout. Extra guests over the sleeping capacity at the property is not allowed, penalties will apply for breaking these rules.

Guests: are required to be 28 years of age or older, and the majority of Guests to be 28 years or older also. You will be asked to supply all guest ages in the Guest Agreement.

No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, there is to be no smoking inside the house, all butts from cigarettes outside must be removed. Any evidence of smoking inside the house, the bond may be forfeited or cost for Fumigation and butt removal will deducted from the bond.

No Parties or events allowed. A full bond penalty will apply and immediate eviction.

No Schoolies bookings.

Noise Restrictions: Please be polite with your noise and considerate of the neighbours - Quiet Hours 11pm-7am. Council by-laws are in place which enforce a no disturbance policy.

Rubbish Removal: House bins to be emptied prior to departure and Wheelie Bins put on nature strip. If bins are full during your stay, please notify HostAbout for a collection.

Damages: All damages must be notified to HostAbout during your stay and prior to departure.

No eating in the bedrooms.

No heels on timber floors.

Car Parking: All cars must be parked inside the property boundaries (in designated areas) and not left in the residential streets around the property.

Keys: Guests are responsible for all keys, locksmith call outs and replacements will be deducted from the bond.

Pets: NO pets allowed. Only guidance animals are permitted.

Departure: When departing the property, please ensure that you have read and followed the Departure Checklist (which is in the guide book). Failure to do this may incur a bond deduction if you do not leave the property fully secured/locked.

"Fabulous welome hamper"

There was an issue with the water temperature, so I called the host. She was so helpful, apologetic and coordinated with the owners promptly. Between them, they offered us an extra late check out which was so lovely too. Great service.
