The Heights Sorrento - Looking the 18th TEE of the Sorrento Golf Course
The Heights is poised in it's position and has a gorgeous view over the Sorrento Golf club, with a fabulous spa perfect to use for your morning exercise routine swim against two powerful jets or spend days relaxing in front of the therapeutic water jets. Heated to 28 degrees for swimming and 38 degrees for the spa, you can enjoy the vista and watch the 18th Tee in luxury.
Stepping inside this immaculately presented and beautifully decorated home, you will be welcomed by light and open space. The open plan kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, for all your culinary needs. The dining/lounge areas are filled with light from windows and large sliding doors, these lead out to the top level deck with BBQ - perfect for entertaining.
The king sized master bedroom is located at the back of the house, with a walk-in-robe and ensuite with large concertina windows to a bath perfect for some downtime. Make your way downstairs to two additional bedrooms (1 x queen and 1 x king (or 2 king single beds)) each with their own ensuite. There is a second living space downstairs which includes a kitchenette (ideal for a second family) and this extra living space leads out to the alfresco entertaining area - again with amazing views of the golf course and beautiful rolling gardens.
You will be spoilt with many activities to choose from, when you stay at The Heights. It is set in a prime Sorrento location - walking distance to both Point King and Shelley Beaches, the Sorrento shopping strip, direct access to the Sorrento Golf Course, Walks & biking - Pt Nepean National Park (10min drive) & the Millionaire’s Cliff Walk (6 min walk)
Mornington Peninsula wineries/restaurants within 45 min drive.
Peninsula Hot Springs & spa - 40 min drive
Sorrento/Queenscliff Ferry - 5 minute drive - providing access to the Great Ocean Road, Lorne & Anglesea.
It's an ideal home for families to come and unwind, to do as much or little as you like.
All guests must comply with the Council By Law ‘code of conduct’. A copy will be available at the property, it is also available on the Shire website. (https://www.mornpen.vic.gov.au/About-Us/Laws-Regulations/Local-law-detail)
- Any complaints made from neighbours, Police and the Council regarding a breech of the conduct by you, your guests and any uninvited people will result in a full bond deduction and immediate eviction.
The HostAbout Guest Agreement must be signed prior to your stay. Only the guests names on the Guest Agreement will be permitted to be at the property during your booking, unless you have discussed and received prior consent from HostAbout. Extra guests over the sleeping capacity at the property is not allowed, penalties will apply for breaking these rules.
Guests: are required to be 28 years of age or older, and the majority of Guests to be 28 years or older also. You will be asked to supply all guest ages in the Guest Agreement.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited, there is to be no smoking inside the house, all butts from cigarettes outside must be removed. Any evidence of smoking inside the house, the bond may be forfeited or cost for Fumigation and butt removal will deducted from the bond.
No Parties or events allowed. A full bond penalty will apply and immediate eviction.
No Schoolies bookings.
Noise Restrictions: Please be polite with your noise and considerate of the neighbours - Quiet Hours 11pm-7am. Council by-laws are in place which enforce a no disturbance policy.
Rubbish Removal: House bins to be emptied prior to departure and Wheelie Bins put on nature strip. If bins are full during your stay, please notify HostAbout for a collection.
(Rubbish night is Monday, please put bins on the nature strip Sunday evening (or before if leaving before then) and if staying at the property on Monday evening.)
Damages: All damages must be notified to HostAbout during your stay and prior to departure.
No eating in the bedrooms.
No heels on timber floors.
Car Parking: All cars must be parked inside the property boundaries (in designated areas) and not left in the residential streets around the property.
Keys: Guests are responsible for all keys, locksmith call outs and replacements will be deducted from the bond.
Pool/Spas: - If the property you are staying at has a Pool/Spa please do not tamper with any of the settings, please contact HostAbout. If a service call out is due to Guests changing computer or control settings, the call out fee and and any further work to fix the issue will be deducted from the bond.
Pets: Pets are allowed by Application (Please adhere to the pet rules in the Guest Agreement)
Departure: When departing the property, please ensure that you have read and followed the Departure Checklist (which is in the pantry). Failure to do this may incur a bond deduction if you do not leave the property fully secured/locked.
